Stop receiving messages
Two kinds of message come from Seraph, and they stop in different ways. Neither takes more than a moment.
Marketing and offers
These only go to people who explicitly opted in. To stop them, reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. It takes effect immediately.
If you would rather we handle it, email [email protected] and say unsubscribe. We will confirm when it is done.
Appointment messages
Confirmations, reminders, deposit requests and receipts are part of a booking you made, so they are not covered by the opt out above.
You can still stop them, but consider what it means first: your studio will have no way to reach you about your appointment, including if they need to reschedule. To stop them anyway, contact your studio directly, or email us and we will pass it on.
