Common questions
Is there really a free trial?
Yes, once early access opens. Seraph is pre-launch, join the waitlist and every plan will include a 30 day free trial from day one, no setup hassle, cancel anytime before it ends.
What is the 2 percent fee?
When a client pays a deposit or a balance, the client covers a small 2 percent. That is Seraph’s fee, and it is the only cut Seraph takes.
Are there per-artist surprise fees?
No. The Studio price covers up to 6 artists and Studio+ covers up to 12. You move up a plan when your team grows, instead of getting nickel and dimed per seat.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Start on the plan that fits today and move up or down whenever you need. Your book and your number stay the same.
Why Canadian dollars?
Seraph is built in Canada and priced in Canadian dollars, so there is no surprise US exchange added to your bill.
What happens when the trial ends?
We email you before it does. Nothing charges automatically without a heads up, and if you cancel inside the trial you are never billed.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay yearly and save about two months versus paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual whenever you like.
What if I am between shops or doing a guest spot?
That is exactly who Seraph is for. Your book and your number are tied to you, not a shop, so they keep working through guest spots, conventions, and moves.
If an artist leaves my shop, what happens to the clients?
The artist keeps their own book, because it was always theirs. You keep your shop history, your calendar, and your records. Nobody walks off with the other side of the relationship.
Is my data safe if I cancel?
Always. You can export everything in one click and remove client data on request. Cancelling never holds your book hostage.
What if something goes wrong after I have paid?
Reach the founder directly and it gets made right. One person built this, and that person answers.
